The room was big and huge with a living room, a kitchen and a lounge area.

Good base for traveling to Gold Coast and exploring local places. Separate room, fairly clean bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed, welcoming and very welcoming staff. Marvellous and perfect location close enough to big Malls and Stores like Coles, could not be better. Also, in red parks. Good pool, parking on site. The ambience was party.

It was surely a really great stay on holidays. Location: the hotel was right by shops and nightlife, and beach, shops and restaurants. We found nice Hard Rock Cafe nearby with hot beverages...

The room was a little stuffy, we expected better.

the location was perfect as it was close to all the main shops in town. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the ocean and river views from the rooms. The rooms were well-equipped with new appliances and the staff provided good service.

Our Easter stay had some good aspects. we enjoyed the complementary welcome basket and Easter treats. the accommodation was located near the beach and close to many restaurants, making it easy to get around. Lastly, we appreciated the spectacular views from our apartment's balcony.

There were also some things we were not pleased with. the check-in process was long and disorganized.

The location is really convenient for exploring the surrounding area as it is close to many key sites. It is also a very short walk from transport hubs and the beach. In terms of facilities, this hotel offers a wide range of amenities such as laundry services.

The cleanliness of the sheets and lack of parking space seems to be a recurring issue mentioned in some reviews which can be a bit disappointing.

Great Vacation Experience

Stayed during Christmas holidays and had a great time at this hotel. Conveniently located close to the beach and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. This made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The swimming pool was neat and clean.

The apartment requires some renovation and maintenance work. Air conditioning seemed to be missing.
